We guarantee that your mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be found defective because of poor workmanship or foam defects during the first year of the warranty, excluding specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this warranty does not cover a normal increase in softness of the pressure-relieving memory foam material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature which do not affect the pressure-relieving aspect of the mattress. This warranty covers 100% for the first (10) years, without pro-ration, any deterioration in the cell structure of the materials that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than (1″) inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform. An indentation does not affect the pressure-relieving aspect of the mattress. The next 5 years, and beyond, of the warranty is pro-rated. During years 11 through 15, the prorated replacement charge will increase five (5%) percent per year, of the current MSRP at time of replacement. After the 15th year, the prorated replacement charge will be at 75% of MSRP at time of replacement. Charles C Harmon Co reserves the right to substitute a mattress of equal value if the product you purchased is no longer being produced. This warranty will continue at the replacement charge of seventy-five (75%) percent of MSRP at the time of replacement, for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Our mattress has been designed to work with a firm, wood, completely flat, non-spring foundation. In some cases a spring foundation with adequate support is suitable. (3/4” continuous plywood between the boxed spring and the mattress). Our warranty and other performance guarantees are based on tests conducted with good quality foundations. You may be required to provide proof as to the quality of the foundation being provided to your mattress in the event of a warranty claim. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress, foundation, or cover has been physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn. Also, no mattress may be returned that contains urine or blood on it as this could endanger the health of our workers. Any and all shipping and handling expenses are to be paid by the buyer in the event their mattress has to be repaired or replaced. Do not return the product without prior written authorization. Note: you will be responsible for sending the problem components to one of our locations which will be determined upon request. What we will do: The defective product will be repaired or replaced at Charles C Harmon Co’s option, at a cost to the original purchaser based on the above table. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. Keep this warranty in a safe place where you can find it in case of a warranty claim.
