Your limit on return shipping will be $199. The shipping will be more than $199, I’ll cover the cost of anything above that as long as you contact me before you return your mattress at 888-822-3410 toll free and follow my instructions for the best shipping option…that’s it!
There are no strings attached, we want you to have a peaceful night’s rest and if our mattress doesn’t do that for you, you can return it.
We only ask that you give the mattress at least a 30 day test before you make your decision.
That’s it, no fine print…and you keep any “freebies” that came with it as my way of saying thank you for trusting me with your sleep.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order or if I refuse delivery?
We generally process orders within 24 hours of when they are placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us by phone at 1-888-822-3410 as quickly as possible, to have the best chance at catching your order before we ship it.
Please be sure you are ordering exactly what you want. If you change your mind and want to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, you can refuse the delivery but you will be responsible for all shipping charges. I won’t insult you by charging you a “restocking fee.” I appreciate you as a person and as a customer.
