The combination of 3″ of 100% American 5.3 lb. memory foam and 7″ of 2 lb. open cell air flow base foam makes this a great way to experience the deep sleep you can get with a memory foam mattress.

The 10″ Serene Sleep mattress is ideal for sitting onto an adjustable bed base.
